She has over nine- year professional career and is currently the founder the CEO of Green trek tours, founder of Customer Service Africa limited and DreamBig Project. She is also the Assistant Director of Marketing, Africa of Women in tourism international Alliance(WITIA) and was nominated for Africa's Most influential woman in business and government finalist for the year 2014.

Franklin Owusu-Karikari holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Don Bosco International University and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (B.COM) from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Franklin is currently the Executive Director of Eunifrank Consult (An Accounting and Management Consulting Firm), A founding partner of E-JUICE Company Ltd. He is also the Country Director of Torch Bearers Diaspora Incorporation based in the United State of America. With his strong passion for Entrepreneurship Development. Franklin trains thousands of young professionals and students in Ghana and across Africa through his organization, African Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE GHANA) and other partner institutions.

During all this, he is also pursuing a PhD in Business Administration. Andrews’s expertise is helping start-ups and entrepreneurs develop sustainable business models and think creatively about how they impact their communities.

Andrews is currently the Business Coach and a lecturer in Marketing and Business Planning at the ALTIS-E4impact MBA in Accra, Ghana. Andrews has vast experience working as General Manager for Innovative Microfinance Company Limited, Marketing and Product Development Manager at Midland Savings and Loans, Corporate dealer at United Bank for Africa Ghana limited and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.

These have also included regional positions and consultancies with Water Aid, The Hunger Project, Voluntary Services Overseas, ECOWAS and the West African Civil Society Institute to name a few that has taken her to over 30 countries around the world. She is a facilitator, educator and an effective team player with conceptual thinking abilities and committed to excellent job performance.

Jesse loves listening to music and watching movies. He has a passion for exercising and currently developed a desire for dogs as his pets.

Jesse Agyepong is a marketing practitioner and currently the partner and founder of Afiba Consulting and Foundation, he was the formal marketing director of Tigo Ghana. Jesse currently is also the CIMG Marketing practitioner of the year 2015|16. As a Marketer and sales person he has a vast level of experience in driving revenue growth for Telecommunications, FMCG, Electronic and Events management companies in Ghana (West Africa). Currently at Afiba Consulting, he joined Tigo Ghana from Vodafone Ghana where he was the Head of Consumer Marketing. Prior to Vodafone, Jesse worked for other Blue Chip companies including Philips (West Africa), Airtel Ghana, Diageo (GGBL) and Charterhouse Ghana.
